When I was younger I used to spend a lot of time stitching or learning embroidery with my books I borrowed from the Library, during those years I have no access to FTV not updated with magazines no internet. But I was always fascinated by the clothes in DIY ( do it yourself ) books of the seventies. I've developed love for Handmade stuff I've started studying crochet techniques and saved money to buy more books.. My summers as a teenager were all spent under a mango tree weaving beads or trying out a new thread... I was even making my own crochet hook using a bamboo stick.. I love wearing things I've made, during high-school I was a walking Christmas tree I love the excess and sometimes I go overboard LOLs Those were the days when I was full of ambitions full of energy the years when my head cant stop thinking and my hands cant stop doing things... I made bags after bags, accessories, reconstructed old clothes et al... I was lucky my parents gave me a sewing machine and a few money to buy materials LOLs I used to make stuff toys aswell hahaha ako na ang mananahi ever..
I don't say I lost the interest now because I still have this burning love for handmade things and DIYs and embroidery and fabulousness.. one thing I want to do is to learn the techniques of sculptural crochet I dont mind spending my whole life to make a master piece LOLs anyways so the latest project I had after the eye mask is this embroidery on a grey men's sweat shirt. I am so sorry about the pic my photographer was drunk.
a guy around here asked me "so what's your pattern for this project?" I answered " I have no Pattern" lols yes dear people I just like to throw things into a shirt and let it be LOLs I enjoy that way not planning and not knowing what the outcome would be.. while in the middle of doing this shirt i just went to the bead shop and found more inspirations and just grabbed this and that because I thought it will look nice when they're incorporated to the churvanezzz. chareng!
I have no formal Training, I Only have the Love chos! I really want to study fashion though I want want want!
